There is nothing wrong with it. Personally, I am rather fond of light sabers, Yoda and Obi Wan Kenobi.
But it's just so...blah. For three reasons
1. Luke, get a clue
2. Leia, put some clothes on
3. Anakin, you are a self conceited moron.
There. I said it.
And it's just so violent! When they're not shooting each other with the incredibly annoying sounding laser guns, they're chopping limbs off with glow sticks.
And if hacked off appendages aren't your thing, they have long, I mean long, sections of the movies devoted to space politics. How.... fascinating.
So Star wars, not a fan. But this was sort of cute... It made me change my mind a little bit. At least, to the cute side of the galaxy.
Han Solo. The adorable bear that you can hug! (Complete with gun, bullet proof vest and dagger hidden in bootleg.) Absolutely cuddly!
Just kidding. I don't know about the dagger. It's a working theory.
But he is pretty cute, I mean c'mon, as long as Han doesn't shoot first, you gotta love him!
So put away the comic books, step away from the platinum DVDs and go buy your blue, furry Gonzo, I mean Solo, today!
Oh c'mon. You gotta love lightsabers. And space politics?! There's nothing like it. ;-)
