I would like to speak to you today on a subject that is very dear to my heart.

Well, down a little bit and in the center if you want to be anatomically correct.
I'm talking about food.
Not just any food.
Toast.

I love toast. A lot. And look! That toast winks at you!!

Toast is a wonderful substance.  I eat it almost everyday.   It is a world known food item! It brings us together at the breakfast table! And, I'm pretty sure that most countries would accept toast as a peace offering, don't you?

But today, I am not here to talk to you about feeding the U.N toast for breakfast.

I am here to talk about the cultural impact toast has on our lives.

We see it in comic strips.

Is toast going to take over the world? Are we all going to become slaves to square shaped pieces of wheat ground fiber?!

Why yes, I do believe we are.

We hear of toast in song.

Hoops & Yo Yo and the weird guy who I can't name song about toast being some of my favorites.

Emilie, this video is for you.   You enjoy the random, the weird and well, this song fits it.

It's soo weird, it's even in a different language. *waggles eyebrows* How's that for bizarre?
Since I do not speak the language he is singing in this, all I caught was something about toast and at the very end of the video, is he talking about 'The light?'

I don't get it either.

I lost it when he started dancing.
Is he supposed to look like a typewriter?

But apples and oranges, let's not worry about such trivial things as this foreign music video and its disturbing dance moves. Never mind the stare down you receive at 2:05 or the super slick move he does when he whips out a spatula.
